      Consulting experience, ESG experience and networking. Good for individuals who want to learn on the job with little help.

      Cons

      Low wages, Lay-offs every two years, No clear vision of value proposition for clients, No real niche or integrity and follows the ebbs and flows of the ESG industry. No recognition for contribution to staff culture or catering to exceeding client expectations.

      Pros

      The job has reasonably good benefits and the works staff is very engaging and eager to work together on projects at all times.

      Cons

      This job can be very stressful as the schedule can be extremely demanding and the end user always has high expectations for the end product which often is not achievable for the budget.
