Cons
Money and job security. Constant, sudden layoffs due to "budget restrictions" even when upper management claims no such thing will occur. Salaries still sag badly compared to other positions at competitors. Expected to fill multiple positions without additional pay. Office culture is a bit unhealthy, where taking earned vacation time comes down to "can we afford to not have me here for a few days?" and lunch at your desk while you work is almost expected.
