Pros
No better place to work if you are looking to get into the field of political data. Most political outfits need someone with the specialized knowledge that you will learn here, and the Data Trust name carries a lot of weight in the field. Looks great on a resume, and you will genuinely become an expert in your field. This is a very fun, very young work environment for people just coming into the field.
Cons
Working in such a young work environment can hinder personal and professional development. Don't work here if you aren't comfortable working almost exclusively with recent graduates. The work in most roles can be very boring (although still very meaningful). The work experience in some roles will not help you if you are not planning on continuing on in politics.
