      Flexible, some people are good

      Cons

      Small office - very political. Everyone talks behind everyone's back, and management does nothing about it but participate. Management shares personal information with other staff members. Outside salesperson is a witch who has serious mental issues and tough to be around making the office very negative. Preferential treatment given to those who are in the "clique". Pay is lower than the norm and they work you to death.

      Pros

      The people I met to interview were great, and the stories I covered were wonderful! Pay was ok, but less than desired. Medical insurance was great.

      Cons

      Editor and het best friend ran the office unethically and made for a hostile work environment. All employees not treated equally. High school mentality. Also, insurance was very costly. Worked way over 40 hours most times, but only got paid for 40 regardless. The place needs new management and publisher. The office staff was great.
