Not nice place to work because of leadership - Program Manager The DO Employee Review

The colleagues are generally nice and well-intentioned.

Severe turnover due to poor leadership and vision. Misleading in stated mission vs. reality. Not really a force for good/doing but more of a really small consultancy who will work with anyone who will pay them. No one seems to last more than a year or two except management.
