Pros
Not one thing positive to share.
Cons
Way behind in terms of process and systems used. They never want to spend money for updates to their systems so more work falls on employees. On boarding was horrible, training given was horrendous, and their policies and procedures are all over the place. They have been in business for a while but still don’t seem to have it down. You also need to save your own butt (paper trail is constant) because management will throw you under the bus real quick. Some coworkers are nice but management tends to talk bad about their employees. Work life balance is pretty much nonexistent. Team complains about workload but management doesn’t care they are desperate for the small accounts they have. HR does not know anything about benefits so you will be on your own. There’s nothing enticing about their expensive health benefits or their 401(k). Your a PTO days will be guess as you go because again HR doesn’t know. Not really professional to hire people and not have a full understanding of how the benefits work.
