Pros

Small company, so you get to know everyone really well. Everyone is friendly and chatty, so it's a nice work environment. It's also easy to wear many hats because it's a small place, so you can gain a lot of experience if you make it happen for yourself.

Cons

They're a bit cheap. Most employees get paid minimum wage, and you're not given any paid sick days. While the bosses took the entire month of December off for vacation, all the employees were demanded to stay until the very last hour of all non-statutory work days (so, we had to come in for Christmas, come back 2 days later to work a Friday, then again a Monday before New Years, and then immediately the day after).

Pros

The people here are friendly and easy to work with. Everyone’s willing to help out, and it feels like you’re part of a team that actually cares. Management is approachable and open to feedback, which makes a big difference day to day. You also don’t just do one thing all day — you get to learn about different parts of the business, from customer support and order tracking to understanding the printing process. It keeps things interesting and helps you pick up new skills.

Cons

The pace picks up during peak seasons or big order rushes, so you have to stay organized and manage your time well — but it makes the day go by fast and keeps things exciting.
