      - Really great, bright group of people. Cool new additions to the team. - Good collaboration and energy. Flexible working. - Interesting projects and brands. Inspiring work. - Team have a lot of autonomy and growth opportunity.

      Cons

      - Smaller teams can lead to heavier workload at times. - Cute but smaller HQ. Maybe need a bigger HQ in future.

      Pros

      TCE works on genuinely unique projects with a wonderful culinary team. There are some truly talented, kind people at TCE to learn from. Great food too.

      For an agency that prides itself on a strong, longstanding intern program, the reality is quite underwhelming. Expect to spend significant time on tasks like taking photos of food, being expected in office to sign for packages and greet visitors, and navigating inconsistent communication around expectations and deliverables. Examples of intern tasks include: Putting pins on a google map, organizing files, serving clients dishes and refilling their waters, and booking reservations online. .
