Love the service charge system. It makes money consistent and I'm able to budget better. Love the amount of benefits offered. Love my coworkers and bosses!

It's been about 5ish months with the company and no major complaints.
Everything,service declining, management is only hired from outside of the org not promoting from within. Pretty much lied about everything from the start.
