      Pros

      The only pro is that they have yummy food.

      Cons

      At all the restaurants in this group a 20% service fee is added to every check. Ownership takes 30% of that 20%. What is left is split between all of the FOH and BOH employees equally. So the average amount you actually make on a table is about a dollar. Can’t pay any bills off that.

      Pros

      Love the service charge system. It makes money consistent and I'm able to budget better. Love the amount of benefits offered. Love my coworkers and bosses!

      It's been about 5ish months with the company and no major complaints.

      Absolutely non, they take 30% of your tips

      Cons

      Everything,service declining, management is only hired from outside of the org not promoting from within. Pretty much lied about everything from the start.
