CPTR Initiative - Anonymous employee The Critical Path Institute Employee Review

The Executive Director of the CPTR program is by far one of the most difficult to work with. She provides little to no direction but has very high expectations. She has forced 5 employees to leave in some way, from the same position, in one single year. And is continuing in this path still. There is no advancement opportunity un less a person is able to change to a new program quickly after being hired. It is rare that most employees hired into this program stay more than a couple of months.
