Pros
Great work colleagues, handy if you're local, work on a range of projects and clients.
Cons
You'll do the job of about 15 people, get called out when you can't manage your workload and the management will feel its appropriate to constantly message you when you're not working. You won't get the opportunity to spend the time you need to get your work done, and you'll deal with tantrums and harsh words from management. You won't get the opportunity to put your best into your work, as you are constantly fielding problems and additional work, and when you need something from management (as that's where all the control is), you get radio silence. Oh yeah, and your phone will never stop buzzing when you're at home, and management watch you on the cameras. I'm sure this review will be met by a response, turning everything round on me, but that's just classic Creation Lab. Everything I've said here is accurate from my time, but by all means, judge for yourself.
