Toxic work environment, favoritism, gossip, lies, getting hired under false pretenses.
I was hired full time but then shorty got degraded to full time flex which was cutting down my hours which I needed. My shifts varied from then on from day, swing and grave, I only called out when sick, I was always on time, I did my best to keep the stores clean and restocked but it was not good enough. I got separated from my job right after my grave shift with the justification ppl that work with me say I don't do my job, I do not fit in their working culture, whatever that means. I keep my receipts and have proof I worked hard and the stores looked always great when I worked them. They were just looking for an excuse to get rid of me. Very shady and unprofessional place. Now I have to look for a new job and I won't be able to pay my bills until then. They do not care if you end up homeless.
