      Pros

      Good atmosphere and people. Travel for work is plentiful if that is what you like. Seems like there is room to grow.

      Cons

      Seems like there can be a disconnect / lack of communication between MD and Chicago office, but this does not effect day to day.

      They offer great salaries to employees and do a good job staying present with industry standards.

      Cons

      Since its a government contractor, I wish they had more long term work.

      Some roles require extensive travel - not really a 'con' per se, but something to keep in mind to determine if you are a fit for the culture.
