Pros

Most of the people are nice.

Cons

Company does not care about employees, only their image and $$. They do not care that you have a life outside of work - kids, parents, etc. Your sole purpose is to come to work, collect a low paycheck with subpar benefits, no perks. Response to COVID was slow and horrible; they did not take it seriously. Bare minimum is done for the employees because culture to them is making sure the executives have fat paychecks. As a healthcare company, they also don’t care about employee health . You sit at a cubicle for 8 hours a day in a cheap chair and a tiny workspace. Most of the employees are unhealthy/obese. If you call out sick, you are written up. If you like going to a workplace where you can be a robot, this is the place for you. Turnover is high. HR doesn't care about employees either as they are only there to suck up to management and cover their butts.

Pros

A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

Cons

Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
