      Pros

      The CORE Institute is a good place to work. We have so many highly motivated people that are looking to make a difference every day in the lives of our patients and team members. I have benefited from many opportunities to grow professionally in the course of my work. I also trust my immediate superiors and I know they value my opinion and perspective.

      Cons

      Upper level management can seem a bit distant at times. Being at such a large company can lead to the feeling of being a little fish in a big bowl.

      Pros

      A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
