      The management is formal but very sweet and easy to approach. There is a lot of window for opportunity and growth. The flat hierarchy ensures easy access to leadership and a lot of learning.

      Cons

      They only hire from top tier schools and consulting firms. Not a lot of opportunity for people who may be smart but do not have strong pedigree.
