      Pros

      There was a great teamwork environment. Everyone was willing to help newcomers learn the ropes and succeed at work.

      Cons

      The hours were often irregular and difficult to plan too far in advance. Get ready for heavy lifting and lots of running around. It's never a boring day at the Container Store!

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
