Pros
The Container Store provides its employees with an environment to do their absolute best while enjoying their work. The result is top notch customer service and a tight knit group of people all working toward the same goals. I highly recommend!
Cons
I worked part-time for a good hourly wage at a retail location of The Container Store while also working full-time somewhere else. If there had been a full-time opportunity at a corporate office I would have taken it in a heartbeat. The corporate offices are few and far between but hopefully the company will continue to grow and provide additional employment options.
