      Pros

      Loved the atmosphere, pleasant coworkers, genuinely want to help customers.

      Cons

      Once the company was sold it wasn't as 'family oriented' as it originally felt. they lost the 'happy employees make even happier customers' philosophy, so it wasn't quite as much fun to work there, employees aren't nearly as appreciated as they used to be.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      Cons

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
