Pros
At TCS, you'll be among a strong group of highly talented, capable co-workers. Not once in my years there did I work with someone who was less than excellent at their job. As a tech company, they're always looking forward, giving you a lot of freedom to pursue the right solution using the right technologies.
Cons
Too many projects are started that are never finished, due to shifting priorities - they give up on ideas too soon. TCS is struggling with its place in the market, as all retail companies are in today's climate, but since going public there's been a lack of consistent direction by the executive team. Benefits are above average for a retail job, but below average for the tech industry.
