      The management is passive-aggressive and very mean. They sit on the cameras and watch everyone, and then make nasty comments about every little move you make.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
