      At least at our location, management cares about you and your path. They always have an ear and open door. They expect a lot, but are fair.

      Retail hours, hard to get a promotion with such low turnover

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
