      - The people I work with at my location are amazing. - Customers are generally kind, happy to shop there, and courteous. - Management is generally casual, honest, and understanding with scheduling, training, and work assignments.

      - Unstable financial history makes working there slightly nerve wracking, but new executive leadership has been transparent and strategic about improvements and new policies.

      All the pros went out the window with new management

      -Full return back to office- immediately! - Leadership believes you should be available whenever they want to have a conversation -Zero direction at all times -The culture is what made TCS great, that’s gone now
