      Pros

      The staff were transparent and honest and extremely helpful. Working there was genuinely a good experience.

      Cons

      The Consortium generates a lot of business by subcontracting for GDIT. GDIT is very large and while not more terrible than other large contractors isn't as pleasant an organization to work for as The Consortium.

      There are really no cons. I’ve been here for a year and genuinely love working here. Everyone is understanding and genuine

      Pros

      Helped me navigate the interviews for my contract position. Friendly people. Office is in downtown Bethesda, so finding lunch after a (rare) trip there is easy and convenient.

      Cons

      Once contract ended, promised help in finding the next opportunity never materialized.
