Pros

Some cool clients, nice office view of LA.

Cons

Pay is verging on illegal. CEO is a nasty man who does not prioritize his team and does not know how to communicate because he is a narcissist. No innovation. No air conditioning. Ancient PR practices. No formal job training. No benefits. Limited room for growth. Questionable working conditions. Do yourself a favor and work elsewhere.

Pros

Great entry level job. Beautiful office space in downtown LA, interesting clients, relaxed environment (at times), perks include (sometimes) traveling to music festivals. Coworkers are cool and fun.

Cons

Terrible pay (full time employees barely making above minimum wage), long hours (8-9 hour days, sometimes too much work to take a lunch and sometimes working on weekends), no opportunities for advancement, rough working conditions (no AC with temperatures reaching 90-100 degrees), unrealistic work expectations, poor communication between CEO and employees, no benefits, stressful, overworked

Pros

-Parking is paid for

Cons

It's taken me a while to write this review, but this company is dysfunctional at its best. It is definitely the worst place anyone can work at. Incredibly underpaid, coworkers don't communicate with each other given that they are a so-called "communications/PR agency", and the boss can care less if the workers are slammed. There will be 7-10 active clients at once with only 3-4 workers. The coworkers can care less about new employees so they stick them with work and when asked for feedback, they just sit there and say "I don't like it". Clients have made constant complaints about them as well but they are too prideful to accept it and make proper changes. This place is a joke of a PR agency. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.
