No clear focus - Manager The Company Lab Employee Review

Great small team environment. I was surrounded by hardworking people everyday.

They are currently working on tightening their focus which I think with unlock an abundance of opportunities for entrepreneurs in their ecosystem.

-The CEO and others all deeply care about your well-being and professional development -Learn a ton about Entrepreneurship and how to help entrepreneurs increase customers, capital and capacity. -Meet the best people (some of them work right at CO.LAB, others are supporters of entrepreneurs and then of course the entrepreneurs themselves) -Believes in selfless ecosystem building -Freedom to propose and implement initiatives or projects when you see the need -Work on a variety of projects

-Spent the first month trying to figure out where I could be most effective -paid $10 an hour which is low for my field (though may not be a con depending on your year in school and field of study).
