Growth was always offered, trust to complete my job, families trusted us, work life balance

Managers that produced results were used to correct/stabilize then shifted to other areas to make way for new Managers. When I left the manager was growing in a direction that was pushing trusted and loyal staff away. Also there were to many managers and not enough supports from them. I feel they lost touch.
