      Most of the big commercial projects are micro managed when corporate gets involved, it's always too many crews and not enough assignments.

      Support and pragmatic advice were well sustained throughout my internship here. I was given a diverse range of tasks and was always given feedback, which was very helpful in moving forward.

      Maybe they could allow interns to choose which department to focus on within their stay.
