      The patients are amazing. You really become their family.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Always short staffed, they give you a pizza to celebrate you instead of hiring more people so everyone can operate more efficiently.

      Pros

      Made for students, flexible hours, management is nice and accommodating, free food sometimes

      Cons

      Pay is low but that's a problem at the university level, higher management doesn't understand why we should be compensated more and why we need more staff
