I have always loved working at The Commons. They really value their staff as long as you put in the work. As a young company experiencing growth, there are lots of opportunities for development and the management team actively promote this. The company culture is really great, driven by the senior staff. Working for a company with such young leaders is really exciting and we constantly learn and grow from each other. The benefits of working for this company are amazing and your views are always heard.

As a young company, it is encouraged that you bring your ideas to the table and expand your role and make it your own. You need to be a person who is constantly looking for areas of improvement for the company (specifically related to the company values) and eager to develop your own skill set. You also need to be willing and able to work autonomously at times, however support is always there if you need it.
