      Pros

      Somewhat flexible schedule. Friendly employees; good relationships between departments.

      Cons

      Inconsistent expectations - flexible hours because the workload is inconsistent, but then employees are penalized if there is nothing to do. No training or development opportunities to pass the time when there is nothing to do - this creates unnecessary stress. Lack of training program & SOPs leads to confusion and unclear expectations.

      Pros

      Not a lot of overtime. Fairly relaxed environment. Employees in some departments are encouraged to learn new processes and programs.

      Cons

      Unprofessional management. Extreme variations in workload and expectations (sitting doing nothing for a week, then managing an entire department alone the next week). Not given access to the right tools to learn new things.
