Good - Business Development Manager The Colonial Press Employee Review

A very family-friendly atmosphere in that they care about their employees very much. The printing industry is a high pace, intense one to work in and the employees and management act accordingly. But at the end of the day, this company and it's employees try hard to get each other's backs and finish a job on time.

Can't think of anything that I would say bad about this company.

Not a lot of overtime. Fairly relaxed environment. Employees in some departments are encouraged to learn new processes and programs.

Unprofessional management. Extreme variations in workload and expectations (sitting doing nothing for a week, then managing an entire department alone the next week). Not given access to the right tools to learn new things.
