Pros
You'll thrive at The Collective if you're resilient and love an entrepreneurial culture. I worked with them for 3 years and their communications, systems and overall strategy vastly improved over that time.
Cons
They're still very young, and have a lot to learn. Onsite teams are treated differently than HQ teams. They consistently make fast decisions that aren't totally thought out, with negative rippling consequences. However, for a young company in a nascent sector they're doing relatively well.
