Pros
Have came up with a bonus structure for non-C-levels. Conscious of the concept of bias in the workplace and working to actively prevent it. Offices in Central London are nice but the lift never works, and it should never hold more than 3 people.
Cons
Hard to understand the business layout, tricky to understand whether the company is actually performing well or not. Fairly small org structure, not many opportunities for advancement in certain areas. The varied nature of the company causes siloes between many functions which isn't ideal but somewhat inevitable.
