Pros
When you work at the Coding Space, the way that teaching coding to kids is taught is a wonderful method, it helps the kids figure out the aspects of coding themselves and allows them to feel a real sense of achievement when they successfully implement new principles of coding. The relatively small class sizes allow for you to be involved more directly with the children and help them learn better
Cons
There was a lot of traveling involved, as they do not have a centralized location so that is something to keep in mind. There was this instance where the background check done was not forwarded to one of the teaching locations and thus I was unable to teach that day, so more care must be done about that.
