      Pros

      Recognized company ... looks good on a resume. Opportunity for growth within company, but expect to work long hard hours.

      Cons

      Lack of coordination or communication to sales force by senior management . Many instances of delayed communications or just unrealistic expections resulted in the sales force putting in 60+ hours per week. Short term goals may have been accomplished, but is anyone in management asking themselves at what costs???

      Pros

      Cola’s global reputation and iconic brand provide opportunities to work on large-scale, meaningful projects with diverse teams. While management has areas for improvement, the company’s resources, iconic building, and the scale of projects give you experiences that stand out

      Cons

      While the Coca-Cola workspace and my coworkers were pleasant enough, the management experience was deeply disappointing. I’ve worked at several companies, and I’ve never felt so undervalued in terms of talent recognition and support. Management lacked proper training processes and often treated employees in a way that felt condescending rather than supportive. Overall, it created a daily environment that felt draining, and it’s something I hope Coca-Cola addresses for future talent
