Small fast paced start-up means wearing many hats making it a fantastic learning environment.

The smaller scale can mean a lack of structure at times.

The workers are nice and the place too.

My boss was horrible, he said it was a marketing internship but asked us to stay hours recording videos and editing it. I did not learn anything, and It was unpaid even though he said we would get pay after some weeks. (I cried every day). When I decided to leave, he told me that he would neve give me a recommendation letter, because I wasn't good enough.
