Pros
At first you feel very empowered and that you are part of a company that really believes in improving peoples lives. However, that quickly changes and you see that money and power are the core values.
Cons
- Expected to work above and beyond what is reasonably expected - Shady sales tactics to sign students up, even when they are identified as being unsuitable - Programs are over sold and students that don't do well are told it's their fault and that they didn't do enough to be a success (code for you didn't spend more $$ on other programs) - The CEO and owner of TCI is two faced, the public see an inspirational self made women, but underneath she wants nothing more than your money and praise - They lost their RTO accreditation so they made up their own certifying body, seriously who else does the international coaching guild certify other than TCI students and TCI? The government body walked away from them because the courses do not meet their standards. They used to, but not now because the owner looks to make as much money with as little effort as possible.
