Lots of management issues - Shift Supervisor The Cliffs Employee Review

Constant scheduling issues. The desk was always understaffed on days when we knew it was going to be busy and management didn't listen. Limited mobility. Low and inconsistent pay rate with zero transparency. Management was often WFH with no communicated schedule so it was hard to get a response on time sensitive matters. Management was condescending and passive-aggressive. Firing was haphazard. It was like pulling teeth to get management to make small changes that would greatly improve the working conditions of their staff. It was a relief when I left.
