      Pros

      The company culture is super supportive - though we are separated geographically, it feels like a family. The products are super - each item offered is considered very carefully. We have top-notch vendors that we work with, and have worked with for years, and their customer service and product quality are superior. Work hours have been flexible, and if you are willing to work hard, your position will eventually be expanded.

      Cons

      Online and in-showroom retail of organic products has become a very competitive industry. Keeping up with deadlines and new information and certification is an integral part of the job. That isn't necessarily a con, but worth mentioning.

      I have been working at The Clean Bedroom for over five years, in that time, I have watched a company transform as a direct result of the contributions of the employees. Everyone has a voice here, everyone. The owners are accessible, have a veritable open-door policy when it comes to hearing ideas, and if they are identified as good, they're implemented immediately. The ethical culture at The Clean Bedroom is one of the most attractive qualities of working for this company. All of our products have to meet the same standard, no matter what the price tag. We sell organic mattresses and bedding, not "sort of" organic mattresses. This company is committed to healthier sleep and positions its salespeople to be not mattress salesman, but advisors to each customer on how to become healthier through a more regenerative sleep.

      Hard to think of any, really.
