      Pros

      They have good insurance. Work 40 hrs. Get to see new skyscrapers. Hire convicted felons.

      Cons

      No paid holidays for field workers. Not up pay standards for Georgia. They dont pay per diem but to superintendents. No proper training in fall protection. No career advancement.
