Senior Leadership enforcing Return to work initiative enforcing those hired to work fully remote and having that stated in offer letter a to work from office. Insurance benefit is expensive and it’s embarrassing to take your spouse’s insurance which is better and doesn’t work for an insurance service company. There are much better companies out there to work for.
