Pros

They pay well and that is the only pro

Cons

Everything! Horrible company that does NOT care about employees! At all!!! They have outsourced their technical support and the HR department overseas which is the stupidest thing they could have ever done. We all had constant technical issues that they could never get fixed, would blame on everyone’s internet access. Some even eventually got fired for continued tech issues. If you have an issue with HR things like your paycheck messed up it literally took months to get it fixed and get my money. I had to call myself and sit on the phone for an hour to make them fix it and give my back pay owed. The company is so disorganized no one knows what they are doing or what anyone is supposed to do. No one knows answers when you reach out. I have worked for some crap companies but this by far takes the #1 spot for the worst! The CEO, COO and whoever else is running that place needs a reality check and someone to reorganize the company and it’s functionality and how it’s ran day to day!

Pros

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Cons

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
