Direct management is easy to work for. Opportunity to learn and grow.
Cons
It seems as though the company cuts benefits and pays lower wages each year. Last year in the midst of the pandemic no pay raises were given. This year the pay raises were under 3%(while inflation is projected to be 7% or more.) The company is posting record profits with none of that being passed back to the employees who make this possible. Under Express Scripts the benefits were much better and the yearly pay increases kept pace with or exceeded inflation. Under Cigna(an insurance company) both of these key areas have declined.
