      Extreme hours commitment, low pay relative to work done, quality of management varies high turnover/short staffing.

      Pros

      Very proactive vision; leading non-profit in juvenile justice reform. You learn a lot. Every day is different. Lots of interaction in the community with youth, families and the school and court system.

      Cons

      Very fast-paced. Attached to UMBC so lots of bureaucratic tape when it comes to making change.
