Pros
- Decent Pay : RM2,000 basic once confirmed - Have numerous benefits including staff meal, travel allowance (if you have to cover other branch), a huge variety of incentives and commissions (based on either performance, or such) - Most often than not, the customers are really friendly and understanding - Most of the time, workload is only during working hours, no worries of having to bring home the works (paperwork) to meet certain deadlines, etc - Hostel is provided for those who needs it. - Have decent career growth if you are determined to climb the ladders. ( I have seen several co-workers and employees get promoted rather quickly throughout my 9 months with TCRS, due to their hard working nature.)
Cons
- Heavy workload especially on weekends (considering it's an F&B) - Incentives rely heavily on store sales, on top of individual performance. - Some customers can be really rude, thus ruining your day for the whole day. - Depending on the availability of your work force, it can at times be really tiring as you will be expected to cover for your employees if they were not able to make it. - Hostel provided can be a bit disappointing as it is based on the availability of lots in the area.
