      Lots of flexibility with scheduling, decent money on busy shifts, feel like management is approachable

      Cons

      Hourly pay for servers in my state is very low, so my tips are really my only income. After taxes, my biweekly paychecks sometimes are as low as $0.00.

      Good co-worker. They are fun and cheerful.

      One of the manager doesn’t seem like she want to work. Every time I asked for help she will get annoyed.
