Wouldn’t recommend - Anonymous employee The Cheesecake Factory Employee Review

Expect a lot out of you and take their job very seriously, which was funny to me sometimes considering I was not interested in working in the restaurant industry I was just trying to get by for some time. Get ready to be yelled at in the middle of your shift by (a) certain manager(s) for making a small mistake... Which is unacceptable & unprofessional- creates bad morale. Also some workers think they can boss you around, especially the main food runner.. which is also funny because that’s not how it works. Wouldn’t recommend serving here unless you want to put up with a bunch of extra stuff that necessarily shouldn’t be a part of the job. There are kind people here who do care but overall workers complained about a lot of things.
