      Pros

      The concept behind CHARGE is phenomenal. The benefits provided are fair and somewhat progressive.

      Cons

      The current execution of CHARGE's services consists of a lot of smoke & mirrors. What once was considered a start-up, still very much acts like a start-up. There are lots of kinks to the processes and leadership is not afraid of cutting corners.
